Ahhh, meet Lucie. She is a strapless wonder complete with a sweet scalloped neckline & hemline.
The elastic band in the back keeps the top secure & comfy as you move about. The gently gathered, a-line skirt falls beautifully from the more structured top.
I purposely designed the top to be pulled up higher than usual. A personal preference, as I think it is more flattering & comfortable. Feel free to tuck in or roll over the scalloped neckline to create the look you prefer.
If you find the top a little big, have a trusted tailor simply tuck & sew the elastic banding a smidge tighter. We also intentionally had the scallop hemline as a border of such for ease of hemming if necessary. Basically - if you hem it, you will not lose the scallops.
